Contributors include Mary Oliver, Michael Cunningham, Henry Beston, and many more.
Mary Petiet and Adeline Carrie Koscher will join them.
Dave Kyu is a socially engaged artist and writer. Born in Seoul, South Korea, and raised in the United States, he explores the creative tensions of identity, community, and public space in his work. He has managed public arts projects for Asian Arts Initiative, Mural Arts, and the City of Philadelphia. His own creative projects have found him commissioning skywriting planes to write messages 10,000 feet above Philadelphia and doing everything Facebook told him to do for a month.
Ilyssa Kyu is the founder of Amble, a sabbatical program for creative professionals to take time away with purpose in support of nature conservancies. She is a design researcher and strategist with a degree in industrial design and previously worked at boutique and global design studios. She is currently using her design consulting experience to support nature nonprofits through All Hands, a creative collective, as well as continually dreaming up ways to integrate her love for storytelling and the outdoors.
Mary Petiet’s work as an author, poet, and publisher is deeply influenced by the natural environment of Cape Cod and its inspirational energy. Both her 2020 book Moon Tide: Cape Cod Poems and her 2022 novel Wash Ashore: A Tale of Cape Cod are infused with the nature and lore of Cape Cod. In 2020, she founded Sea Crow Press, an independent publishing company dedicated to amplifying the voices of humans, animals, and the land.
Adeline Carrie Koscher lives and writes on Cape Cod. She crafts strange, little works of fiction and poetry as a conduit for wonder, solace, and vitality. Koscher’s chapbook of poetry, Liquid Song, was published in April 2020 by Finishing Line Press. Her writing can be found in Review Americana, The Lyon Review, Adana, Altered States, ninepatch, Zetetic, Claudius Speaks, Novelty, and Canary.
